Tax Millionaire Masterclass & Mastermind

Welcome to the Tax Millionaire Masterclass & 5-Day Tax Millionaire Mastermind (the “Program”). By registering for and participating in this experience, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria provided at registration.
1.2 Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when enrolling.
1.3 This program is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Participate

2.1 Participants must follow all instructions on the official registration or event access page.
2.2 You are expected to follow all guidelines, schedules, deadlines, and community standards throughout the Masterclass and Mastermind.
2.3 Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to removal from the program.

3. Content & Submissions

3.1 By submitting any materials (testimonials, comments, videos, feedback, etc.) during the program, you grant Wealthy K & Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, or share this content for educational and promotional purposes.
3.2 You retain ownership of your content but understand it may be visible publicly.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Professionalism is required. Treat fellow participants, staff, and speakers with respect.
4.2 The following will result in immediate removal:

Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior

Plagiarizing or sharing protected course materials

Misrepresentation, fraud, or disruption
4.3 Intellectual property must be respected at all times.

5. Bonuses & Offers

5.1 Any bonuses (digital downloads, recordings, checklists, or private calls) will be outlined at the time of registration or announced during the event.
5.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3 Participants are responsible for checking their email for delivery links or access details.

6. Access, Replays & Platforms

6.1 Access to replays and tools will vary by your registration level (General or VIP).
6.2 Content may be delivered via third-party platforms (Zoom, Telegram, Skool, etc.). You must comply with each platform’s terms of use.
6.3 Wealthy K & Co. reserves the right to move or remove content at any time.

7. Disqualification & Termination

7.1 Kyla and the team reserve the right to remove any participant who:

Violates these Terms

Disrupts the experience or disrespects others

Attempts to copy, distribute, or misuse content
7.2 Disqualified participants lose all access to content, bonuses, and replay materials.

8. Privacy & Data

8.1 By enrolling, you consent to receive email and text updates regarding the Masterclass and related offers.
8.2 Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared.
8.3 Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in Zoom chats, Telegram, or Facebook groups.

9. Modifications

9.1 Wealthy K & Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the Program at any time.
9.2 If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or in the community.

10. Liability Disclaimer

10.1 By participating, you agree to join at your own risk.
10.2 Wealthy K & Co. is not liable for:

Technical issues, connectivity problems, or third-party outages

Missed sessions or inability to access tools

Any lack of specific results or financial gain

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
11.2 Any disputes will first be handled by mediation, then arbitration if needed.
